Strategic Plan

Marillac's Board and management create our strategic plan to record and share key objectives and plans for the next several years. We create the plan and constantly review it through consultation with people who use our services and our service partners.

We also work closely with staff and people we support to turn these strategies into practical, day-to-day activities. For each strategic objective we identify key themes, ways to measure performance and a range of specific actions we want to take.

This is just a very brief summary of our major areas of focus. If you want to know more, or would like to give us your comments and ideas, please contact Johanna Snelleman any time (email or phone 9591 6400).
